Also, the site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.
All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and graphics displayed on the website are also trademarks of INFINIDOX and/or its affiliates, in the United States and other countries. The use of these marks is permitted only with INFINIDOX prior written consent. Moreover, the user is not allowed to copy or imitate the “look and feel” of the site, or any portions thereof.
When users are visiting the site or sending messages to us, they are communicating with us electronically, and they consent to receive communications from us by e-mail. To be able to access our certification programs each user must register an individual account. Maintaining the confidentiality of the usernames and passwords is the sole responsibility of the users. They shall be responsible for all uses of their registration, whether or not authorized by them and agree to immediately notify INFINIDOX of any unauthorized use of their accounts.
Users should warrant the registration information provided is accurate, current and complete as prompted by the registration form and they will maintain and promptly update their personal contact information to keep it true and accurate.
INFINIDOX has the right to cancel a registered account if the user does not comply with all terms of this Terms of Use, or the other applicable policies relevant to the use of a particular service.
Users will defend, indemnify, and hold INFINIDOX, its affiliates and agents harmless from: (i) their use and access of the site; (ii) their violation of any of these Terms of Use; (iii) their violation of any third-party right including any copyright, trademark, or privacy right of content available on the site. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and their use of the site.
The payment for the certification services may be completed through wire transfer by registered users only. We are ready to offer assistance Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CST). The respond time to the queries will be maximum 48 hrs.
INFINIDOX will not offer refunds on valid, properly executed orders and will not be responsible for lost or misdirected mails, which may occur from, but not limited to, inaccurate or not updated registered name or address. For any inquires regarding a request for a refund, please contact us.
Certificates and official transcripts are delivered via registered air mail and should be received in several weeks after acquiring a Certification Package. The delivery schedule is subject to change without notice.
INFINIDOX reserves the right to change the prices at anytime without notice, although in most cases, we will attempt to make our users aware of these changes in advance.
INFINIDOX reserves the right to modify or discontinue temporarily the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Users agree that INFINIDOX shall not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
