The personal information is collected on the Registration form, My Account form, Proctor Confirmation Request form and Contact form only.
By filling a Registration form, the personal information we collect refers to name, correspondence address, personal e-mail address and personal phone number. By filling a Proctor Confirmation form, we collect the proctor’s personal information such as name, position, affiliation, personal e-mail address and personal phone number. We are also asking for the name, e-mail address and phone in the Contact form in order to be able to answer the messages. In connection with a job application, we request the sender’s name, e-mail address and phone number, as well as a description of the education and work experience.
